To share information pertaining to mono-slopes, hoop barns, and slatted floor deep-pit barns for beef feedlot production. This conference will feature results of the air emissions study in mono-slope barns, air quality regulations, capturing manure nutrients, building management and cattle performance in these three types of housing facilities.
This one-day conference will feature research and extension presentations as well as a producer panel that will discuss management considerations for 4 different types of confinement beef housing.
