Antonio P. Mallarino, Professor, Agronomy, Iowa State University. The presentation
will share results of ongoing work investigating the impact of fertilizer and
manure management practices on phosphorus loss with surface runoff that is
needed to confirm and validate components of the Iowa phosphorus index. Also,
the presentation will summarize results of a three-year on-farm project to
implement the phosphorus index in cooperation with farmers.
