Sponsorship
The conference planning committee extends an open invitation to interested businesses and organizations to be a sponsor of Iowa Swine Day. Each sponsorship level provides increasing benefits and visibility to this important audience.
Over 500 people attended Iowa Swine Day in 2022. This represented about 3 million sows - approximately 50% of the total US sow herd. 60% of attendees were from Iowa, and significant numbers of attendees were also drawn from Minnesota, Illinois, Nebraska, and many other states. In addition to pork producers, the feed, genetics, animal health, equipment and processing sectors were also well represented.

All sponsors will be listed in the conference notebook according to level and on sponsor boards outside each session room.
A tech table (benefit at the Platinum and Gold levels) is a 6' x 30" covered and skirted table in the lobby area outside Benton Auditorium in the main break area. Sponsors may use this to distribute print materials, meet and discuss with attendees and have a visible presence during the conference. Table top displays will be allowed. Large self-standing trade show displays are discouraged.

Sponsorship
Deadline for sponsor submissions is midnight, June 1, 2023.
Payment must be invoiced or received prior to the start of the conference. Sponsors will not be allowed to display or participate if payment has not been invoiced or received.
Sponsor representatives
Deadline for representative registration is midnight, June 22, 2023.
Advance registration is required to attend. No walk-in registrations will be allowed.
Register the representatives that will be attending the conference as part of the sponsorship.
No payment information is required to complete representative registration. Each sponsorship level includes a different number of free registrations:
